TM-Z1 World Muay Thai Series
Fantastic! There was elbow strikes, knee strikes and load of blood. If any of you like stand up fighting than Muay Thai is the most exciting and brutal sport! Anyway there was 2 world championship belt on the line and the winners are from Brazil and Thailand. Kudos!

Muay Thai at Sunway Pyramid
Watch a couple of good fights at this event held in a shopping centre. The event is actually for Asian Contender. Anyway I manage to record a female bout. I think the girl in the blur corner is from Italy but I forgot where the other girl is from.

Potluck at the gym......
It was a fun night I tell you.....at first I thought its gonna be a dull night because before the event started it was raining heavily. However, the event turn out fine as there was loads of food, cool people about, fun games which I won an ankle guard! Hoooray!! Well here are some pictures of the event as well as a video.

SO MUCH FOOD!!!
Instructors putting on a mean face!

This is Nadia if I am not mistaken and I admire her ability to participate in a game while having a chicken at the same time. I think she got pretty far in the game but lost in the end so i guess the chicken had the better of her.
With the kids!
WINNERS I THINK!

Here is a short video of the event!
I would like to thank Alexis and Mei for being good teammates and help the team win an ankle guard! Brap!
Ciao

I busted my ankle
Just because of a small little rock that I stepped on and tripped I busted my ankle. Damn blardy unlucky as I am due to start work on Monday as well. So as a result I had to go the hospital to get an xray on my ankle. Thank god there was no fracture but there was ligament damage and the doctor said I will be out for 2 weeks. Sigh
My ankle after being wrapped up

The pain was horrible and the pain killer takes forever to take effect so I had to put on a fake smile.

Learning how to walk on crutches

I would like to thank my mom, cousin and nephew for taking me to the hospital.
Ciao

Genki "Neo Samurai" Sudo
Genki Sudo born on 8 March 1978 in Tokyo Japan is one of my favourite Mixed Martial Artist. Why is he my favourite? That's because he is a very entertaining fighter and has an unorthodox fighting style which makes him entertaining How? by dancing and turning his back to his opponent while fighting. He is also famous for his crazy and epic ring entrances. His favourite moves are spinning back fist and the flying triangle which is a submission move.
Check out his ring entrances
The best of them all!!!!! (even the commentator said "MJ eat your heart out its Genki Sudo time!")
As a fighter many critics label him as arrogant and disrespectful because of his antics in the ring and his elaborate entrances but he does all of this as a form of relaxation before the fight. After winning a fight he always goes to his opponent and bows to them as a form of respect and to make sure that they are not injured considering that some of his wins comes from a KO (Knockout)
Besides a fighter he was also a philosopher and his philosophy is "We are all one". After every fight he will take a banner which has all the flags of every country in the world with the word We are all one. To him he is trying to promote world peace and try to protect mother earth from pollution.

However, he decided to retire from fighting in 2006 which shocked everyone. Since his retirement he has acted in a few movies as well as written a few books about his philosophy and his pet cat. He is also a singer and so far he has released 2 albums which was release in 2007 and 2009 respectively.
This is his hit song from his first album Love & Everything. A very lovely song.
His second album hit song is called World Order has a cool music video
So in my opinion Genki Sudo is one of my favourite fighter not just because he is a good fighter but also a philosopher, writer and a singer. Last but not least this video show is fighting highlights!
WE ARE ALL ONE!!!!
